We had a mini interview with Emily Reboul, CraftsPeople Operations Specialist at Codurance.

Working together for over 6 months, we have placed Platform Engineers in their DevOps Team, and are working on finding candidates for Software Crafting roles, as well as Business Development roles.

Q. What inspired you and Codurance’s team to look for a Recruitment Partner?

Emily: We are keen about the quality and we have strong requirements when it comes to the IT Team. The reason is that it is not only about finding someone who knows how to code, but someone who will translate the value and the quality we offer to our clients into their coding as well. We were working with other Recruitment Partners who were presenting many candidates who would not match completely, so we searched for alternatives to find a partner who would satisfy our needs completely. 

Q. What made you choose Fut-Ure as your Recruitment Partner?

Emily: I spoke with some Recruitment friends, and did a search on Google, Fut-Ure came up and we got in contact. Got some positive recommendations from other colleagues who had worked with you in the past, and now after more than half a year working together we see you are a reliable and hard-wroking Recruitment partner.

Q. How was getting started with Fut-Ure?

Emily: I think it went quite well, you have a professional approach but also an open mindset, so the communication with the team at Fut-Ure is smooth and straightforward. After the initial conversation with Kristina, Business Development Manager, we received potential candidates after 1 or 2 weeks who met all the critical requirements (both technical and soft skills). We had a great impression from the very beginning and we still do.

Q. What is the biggest impact Fut-Ure has brought to Codurance?

Emily: Communication-wise there is a great impact in the Recruitment process. You are always following up with the candidates and us, making it very comfortable to have all the information at all times. It is normal to have some changes or adjustments to the roles throughout the whole process, and you are very flexible with these matters, which has been very convenient for us.
