We had a short interview with Thomas Schneider, CEO and Co-Founder of FinLoop.
Throughout our collaboration, we have successfully placed candidates in Executive roles including Chief Technology Office, Chief Operating Officer, and a Co-Founder, as well as some Internship roles.
Q. What inspired you and FinLoop’s team to look for a Recruitment Partner?
Thomas: The need for employees inspired us to find a Recruitment Partner. We found that we didn’t have the resources internally to carry out the process, so we decided to find a partner specialized in IT and in Barcelona’s labor market. At that moment, we were looking for a talented and experienced CTO, which was the top priority, that was the first milestone to achieve with a Recruitment Partner.
Q. What made you choose Fut-Ure as your Recruitment Partner?
Thomas: We were actively looking for a Tech partner for FinLoop in Barcelona. We wanted to find a local Recruitment Partner to help us navigate the market here and so we found Fut-Ure. The first exchanges, prices, and services Fut-Ure offered made us choose you as a Partner and start looking for the best candidate right away.
Q. How was getting started with Fut-Ure?
Thomas: We received a very quick reply, we negotiated the contract fast. After that, everything was very attentive, focused, and well-managed. The relationship with the Recruitment Project Manager was flawless.
Q. What is the biggest impact Fut-Ure has brought to FinLoop?
Thomas: The fact that you found us the Co-Founder and CTO! These are hard and complex roles whose successful incorporation into FinLoop made a big impact to the team. But again, it is not entirely about the results, but also about the people we are working with. It’s about the Account Manager, how much effort we can perceive and how well you can communicate with us if you find some improvements we can make to our hiring process.
Q. How has your experience with the Fut-Ure Team been so far?
Thomas: I like Kristina (CEO of Fut-Ure), I think we get along very well. She is a wise and sensible person, and our collaboration so far has been great. Also, the Recruitment Project Manager, as I said before, excellent communication and well-measured efforts. So, a positive experience so far!
Q. Would you recommend Fut-Ure to other companies?
Thomas: I would definitely recommend Fut-Ure with other colleagues and friends. In the end it’s a learning experience for us as a company, we are learning how to manage the roles and identify the correct person. There were some times where the needs of the company shifts, and you as a Recruitment Partner, have been very resilient and patient in that sense, while also very proactive in finding the perfect fit.
