We had a short interview with Sofia Matos, Head of People and Culture at Infraspeak.
Throughout our collaboration, we have successfully placed candidates in Sales and Executive positions, such as Senior Account Executives.
Q. What inspired you and Infraspeak’s team to look for a Recruitment Partner?
Sofia: More than an inspiration, it was a need. We are scaling and growing our team very quickly, with a strong customer base, but we identified the need to find talented people fast. We thought it would be best to search for a Recruitment Partner with a strong network and deep understanding of the labor market in Spain – especially the startup ecosystem. We searched online and after a few assessments, we were happy to move forward with Fut-Ure.
Q. What made you choose Fut-Ure as your Recruitment Partner?
Sofia: In our experience, we have worked with various recruitment agencies, depending on the market and the types of roles. In the case of Spain and sales roles, we have worked with two agencies, but we have only been successful with Fut-Ure. The collaboration and the completion of your work is what has motivated us to continue with this partnership.
Q. How was getting started with Fut-Ure?
Sofia: It was really impressive! We were a bit conservative when involving recruitment agencies in our processes at the beginning, but your approach was so personal, available, and committed that inspired the trust to go ahead and work with Fut-Ure.
Q. What is the biggest impact Fut-Ure has brought to Infraspeak?
Sofia: There are 2-3 things that I can highlight. The first one being the availability and the level of commitment. From the very beginning we could perceive that you were truly interested in learning about our needs and context in depth and actually building a professional relationship with us. Secondly, the speed. You have always been fast with presenting candidates and requesting feedback. And third, the quality of the candidates you presented and of the whole communication process.

Sofia: In a couple of words, for Infraspeak, Fut-Ure is the right partner to proceed with for our recruitment processes thanks to the personalization of your work, commitment, and quality of service.
