We had a mini interview with Mariana Fernández, People and Culture Specialist at Prisma.

Over the past year, we have collaborated with Prisma to find Product Owners, Senior DevOps Engineers, and Senior and Junior Java Engineers for their Software Development and Engineering Team.

Q. What inspired you and Prisma’s team to look for a Recruitment Partner?

Mariana: We faced a challenge when it came to finding Software Developers and Engineers, both in the technical aspect and cultural fit, as there is a lot of demand for these profiles and a lot of companies working in the industry. We decided to find a Recruitment Partner who would not only have the expertise in the IT Industry but also that would understand Prisma’s culture and goals, and which we knew would personalize the service to our needs and filter the profiles in the most optimal way.

Q. What made you choose Fut-Ure as your Recruitment Partner?

Mariana: We had tried different markets around Europe, but we hadn’t searched in Spain and Portugal. We found Fut-Ure along with other agencies, but it was after the initial conversation with the Business Development Manager, that we noticed the company was truly understanding what we were looking for in our team and what our short and long-term hiring goals were. Even the first meeting was quite personalized, it wasn’t the typical template questions, but rather a meeting that would dive deeply into what we were looking for and why. 

Q. How was getting started with Fut-Ure?

Mariana: We’ve felt very happy and satisfied with the quality of the whole process: interviewing, selecting, and presenting candidates, and maintaining open communication with both candidates and us. We can perceive that since the very beginning, the search has been very well filtered because we don’t receive a million profiles from you, but rather the ones that fit the best, making the process simple and smooth overall. 

Q. Would you recommend Fut-Ure to other companies?

Mariana: Totally! The fact that you are focusing on different markets and expanding your search pool is quite helpful in a Recruitment Partner, because then you are on top of all the trends and innovations across markets. Q. What do you think about the Recruitment Booster?

Mariana: I find it super comforting to know that there are people working an exact amount of hours and dedicating efforts to finding candidates for the roles open at Prisma and that the work is being done. It’s also very good to see what the difficulties with the search are and what is working and what isn’t, so that we can adjust accordingly.
