We had a short interview with Asier Vega, Business Unit Manager at Trifork.

Q. What inspired you and Trifork’s team to look for a Recruitment Partner?
Asier: We wanted to have less administrative tasks as possible and rely on external partners for support in our hiring needs. We didn’t have a strong brand in Barcelona for candidates to apply directly, so we wanted to partner with a local Recruitment agency with expertise in the labor market, especially in the IT industry. We expected professionalism and from the very beginning, we had a good feeling with the team, and how you truly believe in humanity. Many consultancies focus on just reaching the numbers and results but they sometimes forget that they are treating with people. We saw that Fut-Ure was a company that cared about their clients, candidates, and of course, their own growth, while always keeping in mind the values of humanity and humility.
Q. What made you choose Fut-Ure as your Recruitment Partner?
Asier: I would describe Fut-Ure as a Recruitment Headhunting company that works in a very humanistic way. You know how to communicate with people and always consider that, even though we work in a highly technical industry, you are dealing with humans.
Q. How was getting started with Fut-Ure?
Asier: The start wasn’t difficult at all. You were always very approachable and you understand the market completely. With our constant communication and fluent communication, we have been able to define the search for the candidates very well and so we have had a successful collaboration. We have the feeling that you are always very honest with us and that we have a good relationship with the Recruitment Project Manager.
Q. What is the biggest impact Fut-Ure has brought to Trifork?
Asier: The Candidates that you present are of very good quality! We don’t have to make a lot of further filtering once they begin the hiring process at Trifork. That’s a great value added to your service because then we know you truly understand our needs and the roles complexities. The majority of the candidates we receive from Fut-Ure know very well the projects they would be working on, and that makes the hiring process easier as we don’t have to add a lot of effort in convincing them to join. Candidates are already motivated from the first screening with Fut-Ure.

Asier: Yes! I would definitely recommend Fut-Ure to other companies in the IT industry. You have achieved good results with us, you have made a great effort at building a long-lasting relationship with Trifork, and we’ve always had a great communication with you.
