We had a mini interview with Roland Bair, Head of Development at Untis GmbH.
Over the past year we have collaborated with Untis to find Senior and Junior Software Engineers, Software Testers, and even people on the Product and Sales teams.
Q. What inspired you and Untis’s team to look for a Recruitment Partner?
Roland: The organization did not have any recruitment partners at the time so we started to look for someone who could adapt to the different needs we have(which are constantly changing and improving), someone who can extend their hiring capabilities to us, a permanent partner with international reach, and someone who could bring HR and Recruitment expertise as we do not count with an internal HR Department.

Roland: The openness and honesty from the very first discussions with both your Business Development Manager and Recruitment Project Manager were great, plus the flexibility in the processes and Fut-Ure’s fees per placement.

Roland: It was flawless from the very beginning. Everything was open, easy, and flexible, which is what we were looking for. Plus, the conversations with the Recruitment Project Manager were definitely insightful and useful to have better results!

Roland: It really depends on the role! But, in summary, the fact that the candidates we got from you always make sense and the interactions with our RPM to finetune the search helped make a good difference in the processes.

Roland: As an organization you should not focus on the scalability of hiring only by yourself, so if you select a partner you should see the value they bring, just as you are bringing to Untis.
