We are looking for a Head of Acquisition to join one of our clients – an innovative storage solution company with offices in Rome, Italy.
You will be establishing the company’s growth strategy for the supply side of the marketplace; setting goals for every region and city. Moreover, you will be responsible for hiring and managing a global team of agents, who will be finding and analyzing new local businesses. Your main mission will be to accelerate the growth in new markets, working closely with the CEO and Co-Founders.
- 5-10 years of work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in management
- Demonstrable experience with managing a distributed team
- Leadership, motivational, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
- Great communication skills – you are outgoing, friendly, and empathic
- You are flexible and adaptable to new, fast-paced work environments. You can meet aggressive deadlines
- You are a quick learner and can work with minimal supervision
- You are a self-motivator and bring initiative to prioritize and meet goals
- Excellent English skills, other languages are a nice plus
